About Us
At Meet Me in the Middle Mediations, Jason Carter and Sandi Rose were inspired to open the business after personally navigating the frustrating and expensive process of divorce and the legal system. "There has to be a better way to reach peaceful resolution without an expensive and lengthy court process," we thought. No one told us about the power of mediation until it was too late.
We want to save you the time, money, and emotional toll we both had to pay. As certified mediators in Sherman, Texas, Jason and Sandi offer mediation services in person across North Texas or via zoom for clients statewide.
Jason Carter, a board-certified emergency physician with 17 years of experience in healthcare, also holds a masters degree in Health Services Administration from Saint Joseph's College.
Sandi Rose holds a masters degree in diplomacy from Northwestern University, and with her experience as a diplomat working for the State Department overseas, she is equipped with a deep understanding of conflict resolution and communication. Together, they are committed to helping individuals and families find peaceful solutions without the need for costly and stressful litigation.
“Hi, I’m Sandi Rose and I’m here to help you move past conflict in your personal or professional life. My past as a U.S. diplomat and middle child of five makes me uniquely positioned to moderate conflicts of all types with all kinds of personalities. My personal goal is that you leave our mediation session feeling freer and lighter. I’m looking forward to working with you!”
“Hello there. I’m Jason Carter. I’m an emergency physician and girl dad of five. Let me help you avoid the unnecessary and costly legal process my family had to endure.
At the time of my divorce, I was not told about the option to mediate our division of assets, child support and parenting plan before meeting with an attorney. Being able to do this might have salvaged the ability for myself and my co-parent to communicate after the divorce. As a result of a nearly 2-year divorce process filled with shenanigans from attorneys, the co-parenting relationship was damaged.
So, having experienced this in my own life, my personal goal is to provide an easy process for families and couples to navigate these discussions peacefully and amicably. If you can be peaceful and amicable during an already emotionally exhausting time, you have a chance to salvage your own co-parenting relationship to maintain peace in the years to come. Life is too short to waste on unnecessary conflict. Let’s get you both started on the path to resolution today.”
