THE PAYMENT OF ALL FEES IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ALL MEDIATIONS

CANCELLATION FEE

After a mediation is scheduled, no cancellation fee shall be charged if the mediation is cancelled more than FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date scheduled for mediation. Such cancellation must be in writing via email to middlemediations@gmail.com.  If the mediation is cancelled less than FOURTEEN (14) calendar days of the date set for mediation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the daily rate per party shall be charged to each party. If a mediation needs to be rescheduled and the mediation is not rescheduled or is cancelled again for any reason, then the entire fee including deposits shall be forfeited.

REVIEWING PRE-MEDIATION SUBMISSIONS

The daily rate charged each party includes up to two (2) hours for reviewing pre-mediation submissions and meeting with attorneys.

SCHEDULING MULTIPLE DAY MEDIATIONS

Should the parties schedule two or more sessions of mediation, the parties shall be responsible for the entirety of their portion of the mediation fee for all days reserved, regardless of the length of the mediation session. The cancellation or rescheduling fee described above shall apply to the fee for the total number of days reserved.

FACILITY FEES AND LUNCHES

The mediator shall provide a lunch for all full day mediations held at our office. The parties shall be responsible for all facility costs for mediations not held at the office and shall be responsible for all costs associated with lunch, food and beverages for mediations held off-site at your location.

HOLDING DATES

Reserving a date on the calendar requires a $500 deposit. An invoice for the mediation fees will then be sent to both parties and is due in full seven (7) days before the scheduled start time. Calendar times will not be held without a deposit.

PAYMENT

All fees are due and payable by credit card, attorney firm check or bank cashier’s check prior to mediation. Personal checks will not be accepted.
